USDC PUMP CAT is a community meme on Arc. The mascot is a cream kitten in a royal blue hoodie. The chest mark is the USDC emblem, because that is the only uniform that fits a network where fees are paid in USDC. Both paws are busy. The eyes are not.
Behind the cat: a trading terminal, spark lines, and classic Windows error dialogs that lost the argument. The slogans on the art — stable money, real impact, a brighter tomorrow — belong to the picture. The ticker belongs to the joke.
$UPCAT does not stabilize anything. USDC already has that job. The cat’s job is the pump, the sticker, and the reminder that dollar-gas money can still have a sense of humor.

1 · Wallet. Use an EVM wallet that can add a network by hand. MetaMask and Rabby are the usual ones. A wallet is not an endorsement.
2 · Add Arc Mainnet. Chain ID 5042. Gas token USDC. Do not add chain ID 1243. That is Archie Chain, a different project.
3 · Get USDC on Arc. You need it twice: once for gas, once if you swap. Some wallets still print “ETH” next to the gas balance. On Arc that balance is USDC. Businesses that qualify can use Circle Mint; everyone else uses an exchange or app that actually supports Arc. Start at USDC on Arc.
4 · Import $UPCAT. Contract 0x3dd8ef5722a1f9ce703916f897333bccaf4bd6d9. Check every character against @USDCPumpCat, then swap USDC → $UPCAT on an Arc DEX you chose yourself.
5 · Wrong address. The USDC contract on Arc is 0x3600000000000000000000000000000000000000. That is USDC, not $UPCAT. Buying it does not buy the cat.
